Calvin Hunter is a Jamaican-born pilot and lifelong car enthusiast whose passion for machines started long before he ever took to the skies. Raised by a father who was a skilled mechanic, Calvin grew up in the garage—learning, watching, and absorbing the discipline, curiosity, and precision that would shape the rest of his life.

Calvin served in the Air Force, where he was officially trained as a mechanic, then later commissioned as an Officer and became a pilot. He flew the mighty C-17 Globemaster III and RQ-4 Global Hawk Operationally. That foundation in mechanical engineering and airmanship refined his instincts, strengthened his technical confidence, and deepened his love for all things mechanical.

Today, when he’s not flying, Calvin is in his personal workshop—tuning, restoring, and pushing his own fleet of cars to perfection. A self-taught specialist with formal roots, he works on all his vehicles himself and easily connects with anyone who “speaks his language”—the language of boost, torque, engineering, and late-night garage sessions.
